Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead and coordinate improvement initiatives within our UK operations. The role focuses on data-driven problem solving, stakeholder collaboration and delivering measurable efficiency gains in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will guide local CI activities, apply standardized methodologies, coach a team of CI specialists and partner with site leaders to align improvements with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within an operational environment (Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
• Experience leading and developing teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting operational performance through the identification, development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leads local Continuous Improvement activities, drives the application of improvement methodologies and supports operational teams in delivering sustainable efficiency, quality and performance improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business impact.
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the operational area.
• Identify and analyse improvement opportunities using operational data and stakeholder feedback.
• Support operational teams in implementing sustainable improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of improvement actions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Continuous Improvement Specialists.
• Ensure consistent application of Continuous Improvement methodologies and standards.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to align improvement activities with business needs.
• Provide regular updates on Continuous Improvement activities, progress and outcomes.
