Job summary

Givaudan in Ashford, UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, design site strategies, and coach teams. The role reports to the Head of Operations and collaborates with regional/global experts to embed best practices.

Ideal candidates have a University degree, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 5+ years manufacturing experience, and strong English communication. Black Belt is a plus, with development opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

University degree required.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; Black Belt a plus.
5+ years in a manufacturing environment with Lean Six Sigma experience.
Exposure to cross-functional teams and projects.
Excellent command of English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Facilitate design of site strategies aligned with Global, Regional and Functional goals.
Lead or support business improvement projects.
Manage improvement project pipeline and track benefits.
Drive CI program implementation and governance at department level.
Develop people through training, coaching and mentoring of CI methodologies.
Coach belts and manage certification events.
Apply root cause analysis to develop effective solutions.
