Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for the Worksop site in the UK to drive operational efficiency and sustainable cost reduction. You will apply EBS methodologies including ECIS, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and enhance manufacturing performance.

You will lead CI projects, deliver measurable gains, deploy lean tools, develop dashboards, and mentor production teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive change.

What you'll do:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all departments to drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and sustainable cost reduction for the Worksop site. Apply Eaton Business System (EBS) methodologies and tools, including ECIS, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies, to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate waste, and enhance manufacturing performance.

• Leading and facilitating continuous improvement projects aligned with site strategic objectives.
• Delivering measurable efficiency gains, productivity improvements, and cost-out savings
• Supporting deployment of Eaton Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance.
• Driving digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to increase process visibility, data-driven decision making, and real-time performance monitoring.
• Developing and implementing visual management systems and performance dashboards to improve operational control.
• Coaching and mentoring production teams in continuous improvement techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise, and execute improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring project performance and ensuring delivery of targeted business benefits.
• Partner with Operations teams to evaluate processes, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver sustainable performance gains in safety, quality, OTD, SFR, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
• Incorporate Change Management principles, including the ADKAR methodology, into continuous improvement and operational projects to ensure effective stakeholder engagement, successful adoption of change, and sustainable business outcomes
