Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive transformation, performance and compliance across our M&E function. Working with senior leaders, operational teams and contractors, you'll lead improvement initiatives, use data and insight to identify opportunities, strengthen governance and compliance, and deliver better outcomes for residents.

Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week in our Waterloo office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI, transformation or operational excellence.
• Strong PM and change delivery experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and reporting.
• Experience improving processes and handling escalations.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and contractor management in regulated environments.

• Review processes, complaints and escalated cases to improve performance.
