  • Providing oversight and assurance of statutory compliance, resident safety and Awaab’s Law requirements.
  • Managing improvement programmes and projects, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes and benefits.
  • Monitoring contractor and operational performance, driving accountability and value for money.
  • Providing expert advice, challenge and assurance to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll need
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation or operational excellence programmes within housing, property services, compliance, asset management or another regulated environment.
  • Strong project and programme management skills, with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including experience using Power BI and performance data to drive decision-making.

  • Experience managing complaints, service recovery and complex escalated cases.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance and statutory requirements within housing or property services.
  • Experience managing contractor performance and contract compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Awaab’s Law, resident safety and building safety requirements.
