Job summary

WSCS Global is seeking a practical, hands-on individual to own the development of our HUDL knowledge platform, document business processes, SOPs and work instructions, and support the adoption of Odoo across the organization.

You will collaborate with departments to standardise processes, maintain templates and forms, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while helping employees embrace new ways of working within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating SOPs, training materials or knowledge bases.
• Process mapping and documentation experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or Sage).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HUDL knowledge platform.
• Capture and document business processes, SOPs and work instructions.
• Support Odoo adoption by creating user guidance and training pathways.
• Work with departments to simplify and improve business processes.
• Maintain company documents, templates, forms and version control.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and internal learning.
• Assist with ERP, manufacturing and organisational improvement projects.
