Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Continuous Improvement Insights Analyst to support a fast-paced squad focused on driving efficiencies and improving customer experience in service operations. This role is perfect for an analytical thinker who thrives on turning data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dashboards to support initiative planning, performance tracking, and trial evaluation.
  • Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel to inform squad activity and opportunity assessment.
  • Collaborate with the Data Lead on data requirements and opportunity identification.
  • Support the Value Creation Office (VCO) Lead and Value Hunter on business case development and value tracking.
  • Apply customer experience best practices and insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and customer service teams to implement changes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably within customer contact or service operations.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement or customer experience projects.
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting, with familiarity in Excel and dashboard tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including IT and operational stakeholders.
  • Comfortable supporting commercial business cases and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel, AI, automation, or self-service technologies is a plus.
