We are excited to be hiring two Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineers to support our growth at Adler & Allan. This role involves analyzing processes and data, developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality across various sites and teams. The position offers flexibility for home-based or hybrid working, with travel and overnight stays on-site 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Utilizing lean, six sigma, or other methodologies to improve efficiency and quality
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings
• Analyzing data to identify gaps and opportunities
• Standardizing workflows to improve efficiency and manage costs
• Providing updates to senior management
• Collaborating across departments to identify improvements and facilitate initiatives
• Monitoring operational performance and taking corrective actions

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or similar, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles, operational insight, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with project management and data tools expertise, are essential.
