We are recruiting for the role of The Continuous Improvement Engineer. This position involves working within the Value Chain Production System team to design, develop, and implement manufacturing and construction methods, capabilities, and factory solutions aligned with SMR’s business needs.


This is an exceptional chance for experienced engineers with manufacturing and operations backgrounds to join a startup setting up a new factory.


The role focuses on waste elimination, efficiency enhancement, and boosting operational performance via lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. The engineer will analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement sustainable solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: £40,000 - £52,500 DOE plus:
