Continuous Improvement Engineer – Manufacturing

to £40K + Car Allowance or Car + Pension + Flexible working

A new opportunity exists for an Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement Team and contribute to a wide variety of improvement projects across our 5 UK production sites.

You will use Lean Six Sigma principles to help drive efficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimise production. You will also lead Kaizen events and provide coaching on waste reduction initiatives and best practices.

Key Tasks:

1. Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across our sites
2. Conduct process assessments and performance analysis
3. Drive Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency
4. Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
5. Provide training and mentorship on problem-solving techniques

What We Are Looking For:

1. Min of 2 years’ experience working in process engineering/continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement initiatives, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis
3. Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience in CI)
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
5. Full UK Driving Licence and able to travel to other sites at least once a week
