Continuous Improvement Coordinator (internally known as Process Lead)
Initial 12-month FTC

Location: Hellaby (Home of KP Nuts)

Work Arrangement: On-site (Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00)

This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement and problem solving. You will drive performance and develop capabilities across our production lines, using mechanical skills and data analysis to make measurable impacts. You will work closely with shop floor teams to identify opportunities, coach best practices, and embed sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Centre Line Management Systems to ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Address complex production issues using lean manufacturing tools, identifying root causes, and coaching teams.
  • Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and teams to embed continuous improvement culture.
  • Analyze machine data to identify loss trends and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead weekly system health checks and develop coaching skills to influence change.
