Programme Name: LCST
Location: Bristol, UK. The role will be hybrid, with expectations to be in the office at least one day per week. Some UK travel will be required.
Role Overview:
Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK-based Continuous Improvement Business Analyst who is a motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. This role is dedicated to the Logistics and Mission Support Division, working on the Ministry of Defence Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) Programme.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement, the Business Analyst will be supported by colleagues within the Compliance function, all on their CI journeys. You will act as the first point of contact for new CI opportunities and be responsible for delivering and assuring our CI Framework and continuous improvement capability.
As a key member of the compliance team, you will have both tangible and strategic input within a growing business. You will be accountable for advancing the culture of continuous improvement as the programme expands.
We’re a data-driven company. You should be able to translate complex data into simple solutions with your analytical mindset.
Exposing you to senior management across the programme, it’s important that you have excellent communication skills to engage with all stakeholders.
