Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Bladder & Bowel) to provide expert support on bladder and bowel care at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville, and related sites. The role requires a valid NMC PIN, and substantial Urology/Continence experience.

Permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with a base salary £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience. Hollister offers a discretionary bonus, strong pension, life insurance, and extensive leave.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and keen interest within Urology/Continence Care.
• Evidence of recent post registration training and development is desirable.
• Strong communication across levels and disciplines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for patients with neurogenic bladder and bowel dysfunction.
• Support spinal cord injury patients with complex neurological conditions for bladder and bowel management.
• Advise on bladder emptying, bowel management programmes, and continence strategies.
• Support development of neurogenic bladder and bowel pathways across healthcare settings.
• Assist in delivery of urodynamics services and patient education.
