Location: Blandford & Dorchester

Role Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for contentious trusts and probate? Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Dorset, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Contentious Trusts and Probate team. This role involves managing and developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Matters: Deliver high-quality legal service, lead by example, and handle client concerns promptly.
• Managing People: Foster an inclusive environment, mentor junior staff, and manage team performance.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, manage external experts, and ensure professional conduct.
• Business Development: Promote the firm’s services, organize client events, and enhance team visibility.
• Personal Attributes: Maintain confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, and collaborate effectively.
• Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks to support team and firm success.

Qualifications & Experience:
