Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for contentious trusts and probate? Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Dorset, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Contentious Trusts and Probate team. This role involves managing and developing a high-performing team, ensuring delivery of exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality legal services and client care, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Lead by example, promoting effective use of IT systems.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Managing People:

• Foster a fair, inclusive, and positive working environment.
• Mentor trainees and junior colleagues, supporting their development.
• Manage team performance and training initiatives.

Technical Expertise:

• Maintain advanced knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
• Manage external experts and consultants as needed.
• Uphold professional conduct in financial matters per Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Define scope of services and establish transparent charging.
• Keep clients informed about progress and costs.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and surpass billing targets.

Business Development:
