JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Contentious Trust & Probate Senior Associate for their London West End office. The role focuses on high-value probate and trust disputes, offering exposure to diverse, international matters and a clear path toward partnership.

You will handle complex litigation, including will challenges and 1975 Act claims, while benefiting from a hybrid working model and supportive team culture.

Competenze

• Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Contentious Probate
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts and estate disputes
• Confident in drafting, negotiation and case management
• Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to complex family dynamics
• Organised, proactive and committed to high ethical standards
• ACTAPS membership (or intention) and mediation experience desirable

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:

• Will challenges
• 1975 Act claims
• Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
• Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments
