The role requires 2+ years in civil litigation with experience in contentious probate; ideal candidates will have exposure to both contentious probate and non-contentious private

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in contentious probate work is required.
• Ideal candidates have experience in both contentious probate and non-contentious private client work during training contract or early career.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to Will validity, and executor/administrator disputes.
• Handle estate administration disputes, Court of Protection disputes, and various types of trust disputes.
• Run own cases while collaborating with colleagues on large matters.
• Work under the supervision of the Head of the Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team, a Legal 500 Leading Individual.
