Job summary

Field Seymour Parkes LLP in Reading is seeking a Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE to join our Dispute Resolution team. You will work on non-contentious matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handling estate administration, IHT considerations, and related private client work.

You will receive supervision and development support while managing your own caseload and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and related private client documents.
• Handle estate administration matters and provide inheritance tax guidance.
• Manage own caseload with supervision and mentorship from the team.
• Contribute to business development activities and client relationship building.
• Collaborate with colleagues in both contentious and non-contentious teams.
