Job summary

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor NQ-4 to join Cardiff's leading team. You will manage your own caseload with strong supervision and support, working on matters including will, trust and estate disputes, Inheritance Act claims, challenges to validity, breach of trust issues and applications to remove executors or trustees.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years’ PQE (including training) in contentious probate.
• Strong drafting and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and proactive.
• Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with supervision, handling will, trust and estate disputes, Inheritance Act claims, challenges to validity, breach of trust issues and applications to remove executors or trustees.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing as the team grows.
