Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded private wealth disputes team in Bristol. You will handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters within a collaborative, flexible environment.

You'll advise on will validity, trusts disputes, Inheritance Act claims and related executor or trustee issues, working with cross-border matters and high-quality clients. This role offers strong career progression and a hybrid working pattern.
