Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years’ PQE.
• Experience in contentious probate, civil litigation, and TOLATA claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy caseload of contentious probate and civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Provide clear, practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Conduct negotiations and engage in ADR where appropriate.
• Maintain exceptional standards of client care and professionalism.
• Handle TOLATA matters with confidence and accuracy.

The Role

• Will challenges and validity disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Executor and trustee disputes
• Estate administration disputes
• TOLATA claims (beneficial ownership, sale of property, occupation rights)

Key Responsibilities

• Running a busy caseload of contentious probate and civil litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, legal documents, and correspondence
• Providing clear, practical, commercially focused advice to clients
• Conducting negotiations and engaging in ADR where appropriate

About You

• A Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years’ PQE
• Experienced in contentious probate, civil litigation, and TOLATA claims
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation and client‑handling skills
• Empathetic, professional, and able to navigate sensitive family disputes
