JMC Legal Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Legal 500 firm to appoint a Contentious Probate Associate in Taunton or Exeter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in contentious probate or related litigation.
• Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative approach within a specialist disputes team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on inheritance and trust disputes for individuals, executors, trustees, and charities.
• Handle challenges to the validity of wills and Inheritance Act claims.
• Manage estate administration disputes, trust disputes, and proprietary estoppel matters.
• Work with senior solicitors to develop expertise and client exposure.
