Qualifications

• Requires strong background in contentious IP work and the ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Excellent technical IP expertise across disputes including trade marks, copyright, design rights and patents.

• Handle a broad range of contentious IP matters independently.
• Develop long-standing client relationships and contribute to strategic growth of the Birmingham team.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support business development and market profile.
