The firm seeks to appoint an experienced contentious construction lawyer to join their dedicated partner-led practice based in Birmingham. Applications are invited from lawyers at associate, senior associate, or principal associate level who can demonstrate a proven track record in contentious construction matters, including litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation, and ADR involved in all ranges of construction disputes. It is likely you will have at least 2-4 years+ PQE, although construction lawyers with more or less experience are welcome to apply. The firm advises on complex and challenging disputes, acting for a high-profile portfolio of clients including developers, housing providers, owner-occupiers, energy sector businesses, contractors, suppliers, and public sector organizations.
