The team is experienced in all relevant forums – adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, litigation, and international arbitration acting on behalf of professionals, employers, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
The Construction Group is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join as Associate with experience in Contentious Construction law and expertise in the most popular standard forms of construction contracts and disputes relating to payment issues, change, defects, termination and professional negligence.
