Job summary

A leading national law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Construction team. You will handle a high quality caseload across disputes, including litigation, adjudication and arbitration, with exposure to energy projects and mixed sector work. • Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in contentious construction.
• Experience in adjudication and court litigation processes.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious construction matters across litigation, adjudication and arbitration.
• Advise on contract management and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on commercial, utilities and energy projects.
