Strive Sa in London is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to own the storytelling for a fast-growing devtools scaleup. You’ll shape video content, from concept to live, across short-form formats and paid campaigns.

You’ll film events and founders, launch our podcast, and tailor campaigns for the US market, with CapCut as your primary tool and a portfolio you’re proud to show. The role reports to the CEO in a small, ambitious marketing team, with a London hybrid setup and real budget to

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in marketing with a portfolio you’re proud to show.
• CapCut proficiency and short-form video storytelling.
• Ownership mindset and ability to move fast with minimal guidance.
• Ability to make technical topics engaging for engineering leaders.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, dev tools, data, cyber or AI.

Responsabilidades

• Own content end to end: short-form video, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Reddit and more.
• Run organic and paid campaigns with a real quarterly ad budget.
• Turn each quarter's big theme into content people want to watch.
• Film round tables, events and our founders, and publish content while the conversation is live.
• Help launch our podcast from scratch.
• Shape how we take campaigns to the US market.
