Job summary

Teacheroo seeks a creative digital content specialist to join our Marketing, Admissions and Communications team. You will craft engaging content across social channels, capture and edit photos/videos, and drive email newsletters while aligning with branding and safeguarding standards.

With experience in digital marketing and a passion for storytelling, you’ll shape how Teacheroo presents itself to the community and beyond. This is a fulltime, on-site role within our UK school environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or training in marketing, media or a related field.
• Previous work experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent writing and proofreading ability.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks.
• A collaborative, enthusiastic approach to working with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Capture and edit photography and video content for channels.
• Write and distribute email campaigns and digital newsletters.
• Support development of the school's website, parent platform and alumni database.
• Lead on short-form video creation (reels, GIFs).
• Monitor analytics and digital trends to inform content strategy.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to showcase achievements.
• Uphold GDPR, safeguarding and brand guidelines.
