Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Content Operations Executive to support planning, delivery and performance reporting of digital content across web, app and CRM channels. You will coordinate content workflows, ensure on-time campaigns, and build clear insights to drive business performance.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working with on-site days as required. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, a proactive, analytical mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Job description

We are recruiting for a Content Operations Executive to help deliver seamless digital experiences through content operations, reporting, planning and campaign execution across multiple digital channels. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Content Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery and performance reporting of digital content across web, app and CRM channels. Working closely with content, marketing, media and creative teams, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, content workflows run efficiently and reporting provides clear insights to support business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project coordination, analytics and content operations within a fast-paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the management of content calendars, campaign planning and briefing processes across digital channels.
  • Coordinating content workflows and ad hoc content requirements.
  • Producing regular performance reports and analysis across website, app, homepage and campaign activity.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct analytics and tracking requirements are established from the outset of projects.
  • Identifying insights and opportunities for optimisation, helping to improve content performance and customer engagement.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience building reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Owning and maintaining campaign tracking assets - including QR codes - and acting as the point of contact for teams across the business who need them set up or updated.

Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs. About You

You will be an organised and analytical professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. You will be confident managing competing priorities, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. With a passion for digital content and customer experience, you will be comfortable using data to inform decisions and support continuous improvement. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.

  • Previous experience in digital content operations, content management or a related digital marketing role.
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Content Square or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
