We are currently seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our London team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Content Marketing, you will develop and execute a content strategy to position CHAMP as a thought leader and trusted partner, contributing to our growth and success.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Content creation and production
- Exceptional writing and editing skills to communicate complex benefits clearly and concisely.
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website, including landing pages, product pages, and other web content that resonates with target audiences and drives inbound leads.
- Manage the press release pipeline from initiation to approval, drafting value-based releases.
- Create thought leadership content such as blogs, white papers, success stories, and respond to press requests, conducting research with stakeholders.
- Write promotional emails, newsletters, and customer announcements.
- Develop social media content, manage the social media calendar, and engage with audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains consistent tone and style, and is optimized for SEO.
Content distribution, promotion, and lead generation- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, emails, social media, and videos.
- Utilize marketing automation tools for retargeting, popups, and nurturing campaigns.
- Enhance CHAMP’s LinkedIn presence and engagement with decision-makers.
- Assist in building automation workflows for targeted content delivery.
- Support PPC campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Publish content across digital platforms such as intranet, YouTube, and the corporate website.
Content management, analysis, and reporting- Audit and manage content calendars and pipelines.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for SEO improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to optimize strategies.
Team collaboration and ad hoc tasks- Assist with lead management, content inventory, and meeting preparations.
- Support wider marketing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to populate success stories and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for content assets like videos and social graphics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and spoken English, suitable for an international audience.
- Strong understanding of press releases, blog writing, and email campaigns.
- Attention to detail and editing skills.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and website publishing.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Meltwater, MS Dynamics, SharePoint, Asana, Highspot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications, English, or related fields.
- 1-3 years in content or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or software.
- Experience related to Aviation, Logistics, or air cargo is advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- Applicants will need to submit a writing sample during the first interview stage.
- The successful candidate may be required to provide a recent criminal record check.
