Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to deliver marketing activities across organic and paid channels. You will create engaging content, manage social media, support campaigns and build client relationships in a hybrid role combining remote work with on-site meetings and events.

You will engage with clients, plan campaigns, attend events, and contribute ideas to raise brand awareness while meeting KPIs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn for marketing.
• Experience posting and scheduling content on social platforms.
• Experience creating materials across organic and paid channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative approach to marketing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content and materials for organic and paid channels.
• Plan, schedule and publish social media content aligned with brand.
• Support campaign delivery and optimisation across platforms.
• Monitor campaigns and produce basic performance reports.
• Contribute ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and manage feedback.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and shoots as required.
• Represent the brand professionally at events and meetings.
