What you’ll do

• Plan and manage an editorial calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals
• Create engaging copy for blogs, landing pages, emails, social media, videos, and in-app content
• Use data—user insights, keyword research, campaign metrics—to inform ideas and adapt strategies
• Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand voice; brief or edit team members and freelancers accordingly
• Optimize content for SEO, repurpose top-performing content across channels, and collaborate with growth and community teams to increase reach
• Monitor and report on traffic, engagement, conversions, and retention; present insights clearly
• Engage with Replika directly through hands-on usage to gather feedback and insights

Requirements

• At least 2 years of content marketing experience in consumer tech, SaaS, or mobile apps (portfolio links welcome)
• Strong writing skills for both short and long-form content, with clarity and a focus on conversion
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience with analytics tools like GA4
• Experience with modern CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress) and light design tools (Figma, Canva)
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with A/B testing
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional EU languages are a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment

• Managing freelancers or small creative teams
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or short-form video editing
• Experience with user-generated content or influencer collaborations
