The Role:

We're on our way to become the #1 empire in gaming, and we need people who live and breathe gaming to help lead expansions into new markets for one of our flagship brands.

You will report directly to the Managing Editor but be fully accountable for all EN speaking markets. You'll manage up to 6 Content Editors, driving expansion and optimisation to ensure we top the SERPs in all English speaking markets we enter. You'll have the opportunity to work together with content, SEO, and product teams to leverage new opportunities for growth.

Your Impact:
  • Taking full ownership of English speaking markets, leading existing Editors in our key regions.
  • Be a gatekeeper for all content that goes onto our product, QAing pages as needed to upskill our team and ensure best SEO optimised, high quality copy aligned to our style guide.
  • Be the evangelist ambassador for Legend, relentlessly improving our team's gaming knowledge specific to the EN regions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest market and compliance changes, industry trends, gaming news, and changing user needs to proactively adjust and improve our product by sharing this with your teams.
  • Work with our on-page SEO specialists to draw up strategic seasonal content plans, scouting out new opportunities for growth in each of your regions.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and training new Editors for any future expansions.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven content experience leading teams in an EN speaking market in the iGaming industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - to begin with, while you build up your team you’ll be doing a lot of the page launches and optimisations yourself. You’ll also need to ensure your existing and future team adhere to the same level of quality. We expect native-level fluency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, scouting out opportunities and making sure we get every little detail correct. Increasing efficiency of our processes and helping the team to proceed at pace whilst maintaining our best-in-class standards.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO from a previous role and experience using metrics to plan content, analyse the success of your content, and heavily optimising or if needed rewriting yourself.
  • A true passion for Gaming and you keep up to date with industry trends and insights within the EN regions.

The Interview Process:
  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom).
  • 2nd: Interview with Content Manager and Sr. Content Editor.
  • 3rd: Editing assignment - you will be given 48 hours to complete the task and send it back for us to review.
  • 4th: Final Interview with our team.
