Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager-level Content Infrastructure Owner to drive the evolution of internal toolsets. You will design exit strategies from legacy utilities into core capabilities, ensuring new functionality is fit-for-purpose for internal and external content delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in financial markets and data operations with track record of success.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, requirements, trade-offs and release scheduling for content tools.
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback to drive adoption and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive product definitions and business cases for marketable solutions.
• Engage in budgeting and third-party partnerships as part of the role.
• Build knowledge of functionality across the Content organization.
• Review current capabilities to ensure quality is maintained.
• Understand technology to aid product development and adoption.
• Lead significant projects and collaborate across teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Provide specialist consulting to senior management on business issues.
• Inform management on strategy and direction for Content function.
• Work independently with complex guidance as needed.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Content function.
