Role Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to take on the role of Content Executive. This person will be responsible for managing and executing our wellbeing content strategy, overseeing live events, developing e-learning initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for well-being, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Drive the development of data-informed content plans across the UK and global markets, with additional support for the Irish market, using insights from performance metrics, audience trends, and stakeholder input.
  • Actively source, assess, and book expert talent (e.g., clinical experts, content creators, influencers) aligned with content objectives, ensuring strategic fit and audience impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Content Strategy Manager to implement global content initiatives, contributing ideas based on identified content gaps and audience needs.
  • Proactively generate content concepts, including e-learning and multimedia formats, guided by platform data, industry trends, and user engagement patterns.
  • Oversee the full content production cycle, ensuring that all talent is briefed, scheduled, and supported throughout the process, while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain a network of trusted wellbeing professionals, using relationship management and talent databases to support long-term content strategy goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams (Content, Marketing, and Production) to ensure smooth content distribution and promotion.
  • Manage the budget for all digital content, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in content development, digital media, or wellbeing-related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track engagement and content performance preferable
  • Passion for wellbeing, health, and lifestyle content.
