Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking Product Content Coordinators to join our Commercial Operations team. You’ll enhance product content using performance data, customer feedback and AI tools to deliver richer online shopping experiences that drive commercial results.

You will work with Trading, Digital and supplier partners to identify opportunities for content enhancement, ensuring accuracy and consistency while supporting holiday, pension and wellbeing benefits. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Able to understand reports and data to identify content performance.
• Good eye for detail reviewing product data, copy and images.
• Confident communicator who can influence across teams.
• Uses initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Capable of handling multiple deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Use website data and performance reports to identify improvements for product information online.
• Update and improve product descriptions using AI, ensuring content is clear and easy to find.
• Source and manage product images and other digital content to enhance pages.
• Apply AI and new technology to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Track outcomes of content updates and drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with Trading, Digital, Vendors and stakeholders to support commercial goals.
• Ensure product information is accurate and aligned with standards.
• Build relationships with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality content.

Working alongside Trading, Digital and our supplier partners, you'll identify opportunities to enhance product content, using performance insights, customer feedback and emerging technologies to deliver richer, more engaging product experiences that drive commercial results.
