Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an accomplished Content Designer in London to lead content design for loyalty initiatives. You will work onsite three days a week with the Experience Design team and collaborate globally across Product, Content Design, and Research to craft traveler‑centered experiences.

We expect a strong UX writing background, a solid portfolio, and at least five years in content design or UX writing, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with 5+ years as Content Designer or UX writer.
• Able to audit, structure, and design content for product experiences.
• Confidently present rationales to peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Write product copy following guidelines and brand strategy.
• Design IA solutions to improve experience systems and reduce content debt.
• Collaborate across XD, Product, Marketing, and Legal to improve accessibility and readability.
• Lead content tests with research teams to enhance customer experience.
• Create scalable content solutions for localization, reuse, and automation.
