Job summary

Fonio, Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents, is expanding globally. As the face of Fonio, you will appear on camera to explain AI in engaging ways and help build both our brand and conversions.

You will regularly produce short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, help develop formats, and collaborate with our Creative Strategist to blend brand storytelling with performance.

We offer a competitive salary of €50,000–€65,000, equity, equipment, and daily meals.

• Strong English communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable on camera and able to entertain.
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media.

Your Role

You are the face of fonio. You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both brand and conversions at the same time. The challenge: we're B2B, but we want to build ourselves like a consumer brand.

What You'll Do

• Regularly produce content for TikTok and Instagram: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation, and our products
• Contribute ideas, help develop formats, and understand what performs
• Think brand and conversion together: you know that great content can do both

• You feel at home in front of the camera and you're entertaining on it
• You're excited about AI and the whole space, not just casually interested
• Native-level English skills
