Purpose:

Responsible for crafting and executing a cutting-edge TikTok strategy that will elevate Seraphine’s online presence and drive toward the ambitious marketing goals.

Accountabilities:

• End to end ownership of TikTok channel.

• Content creation that drives engagement and builds brand equity.

• Ensure Seraphine is top of the relevant trends and insert itself into the social conversation on Pregnancy Tok.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.

• Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to adjust strategies and to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy and to capitalise on viral opportunities.

• Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to improve and optimise content strategy.

• Research and identify relevant influencers for potential partnerships, collaborations and gifting.

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Brand, PR) to ensure key information, product launch dates, and campaign timelines are aligned and supported on social media.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of TikTok Content Creation – a deep understanding of the platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.

• Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.

• Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.

• Confident in front of the camera is a must.

Desirable but not required:

• Presenting / Tik Tok Live experience.

Understanding of the motherhood and/or maternity space.

Hybrid: 3 days in central London office / 2 days from home

Salary: 38k
