Job summary

THG Ingenuity's THG Studios in Manchester is seeking a creative Content Creator to join our growing content team. You’ll produce platform-first content that drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging social formats.

Working within ICON, Europe’s largest creative studio, you’ll bring ideas to life from concept to delivery, collaborating with editors, motion designers and project managers to create trend-driven, audience-focused content that supports campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in content creation or similar role.
• Strong portfolio across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Experience creating trend-led content with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver content from brief through final output, meeting brand and platform requirements.
• Develop engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats.
• Collaborate with editors, motion designers, producers and project managers.
• Optimise content for different platforms and maintain consistent quality.
