Job summary

ALH Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Content Creator based in Market Deeping. The role collaborates with headers of Membership and marketing teams to plan, produce and optimise digital content across the website, emails, podcasts, and social media to attract and retain members.

You will drive content tailored to platforms, using market trends to inform decisions, and work with influencers to amplify reach while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop a digital content strategy to drive growth across outlets.
• Commission and produce editorial, graphics and video content for social media.
• Plan and publish website content to support membership and audience growth.
• Deliver newsletters and campaigns to strengthen engagement and growth.
• Own the podcast strategy and delivery to grow audience and commercial potential.
• Cultivate industry relationships to work with influencers and ambassadors.
• Align content with the brand and act as a brand guardian.
