Job summary

San Carlo Restaurant Group in the UK is seeking a Content Creator to develop, shoot and edit photography and video that reflects our premium Italian brand. You will build a library of high-quality visuals for social channels, website and PR, and you will travel to restaurants across the UK to capture on-location content and support campaigns with platform-specific assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with professional photography and videography portfolios.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting and styling, especially food/hospitality brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (color grading/sound).
• Ability to shoot on location in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform.
• Excellent project management, handling multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with chefs, managers and stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented; available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography across brands.
• Create a premium library of stills and video for social, web, email, campaigns and PR.
• Produce short-form content (Reels/TikTok) and long-form brand films.
• Collaborate with marketing to turn campaigns into engaging content.
• Travel to UK restaurants to shoot on location, with minimal disruption.
• Manage content workflow from concept to delivery and archiving.
• Capture content for Google listings and booking journeys.
• Maintain organized asset library with up-to-date imagery.
• Work with Head Chefs/GM to showcase new dishes and experiences.
• Ensure content is on brand and manage image rights.
• Monitor performance data to shape future content.
• Keep up with trends and balance creativity with brand standards.
• Manage and maintain camera, lighting, audio and editing gear.
