Job summary

Salt is seeking a creative Content Creator & Community Manager to grow the presence of a leading consumer brand across TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms. This hands-on role combines content creation, community engagement and social planning.

You will create and edit short-form content, write captions and scripts, manage daily community interactions, and guide content strategy with trend insights. This fast-paced role requires strong copywriting and brand-aligned creativity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social-first content for consumer-facing brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator trends and platform best practices.
• Experience managing brand communities and driving engagement.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst balancing creativity with brand guidelines.
