Job summary

VaynerMedia in London is seeking a social native Creator to join our team. A conceptual filmmaker and editor who thrives on social as the world’s biggest platform, shaping the visual style for a beloved brand and directing global talent.

You’ll guide campaigns from concept through capture to posting and beyond in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead content production, mentor creators, and collaborate across departments to deliver best-in-class work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive media.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Create content that grabs attention and makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (Views, Saves, Shares…).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques to stay relevant.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick-offs, and team meetings contributing ideas and strategy.
• Mentor Creators and Residents, and possibly Art Directors/Copywriters, on best practices and execution.
