Job description

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you may be offered the opportunity to complete a further qualification that will enhance your skill set. The next steps will be discussed in your 1-2-1 meetings.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Department: Responsible for all internal and external marketing projects and concepts, supporting company marketing requests to boost brand awareness.
2. Campaign Support: Work in a fast-paced environment supporting digital, social, and print marketing. Collaborate to deliver campaigns and help the department reach its goals.
3. Training & Development: Spend one day a week dedicated to coursework and assignments, with monthly meetings with your assessor to ensure your studies stay on track.
4. Practical Experience: Spend the rest of your week gaining hands-on experience creating blog content, building emails, web pages, updating social platforms, and more.
5. Qualification: This apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Content Creator qualification, added to your digital achievement record upon successful completion.
6. Support & Training: Work with a specialist marketing assessor assigned by our training provider, who will support you throughout your apprenticeship for a robust, enjoyable, and enriching journey.
7. Training Format: Training will be conducted online and face-to-face, both individually and in groups, to enhance your learning experience.
8. Workplace Learning: You will be allocated 6 hours per week in the workplace to work towards your qualification, with full support from your manager and assessor.
9. Learning Outcomes: Gain firsthand experience from specialists and peers to become a fully-fledged Content Creator.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm (5 working days a week - TBC)
