A leading company in recycling is seeking a Content Creator Apprentice to join their Learning and Development team. This role involves designing digital learning materials and working with tools like Articulate 360. The apprenticeship offers full training and a nationally recognized qualification, along with a supportive work environment.
Package Description:
• Salary is up to £19,000

About our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for someone creative and curious to join our Learning and Development team as a Content Creator Apprentice. This role is perfect if you're interested in designing digital content and want to learn how people are trained and supported in a large business.
You’ll work with experienced professionals to make digital learning materials for things like health and safety, leadership, and apprenticeships. You'll also be trained to use tools like Articulate 360 to create engaging content and learn how our Learning Management System (Dayforce) works.
This role includes occasional travel and overnight stays to visit some of our 65+ sites around the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
• Helping design and build digital learning content with support from the team
• Learning to use creative tools like Articulate 360
• Helping update and manage learning materials in Dayforce
• Gathering feedback to see how well the learning is working
• Working on different learning topics like health and safety, leadership, and more
• Supporting in-person and online training events
• Working with colleagues to understand what training is needed and help deliver it
About you:
You're creative, eager to learn, and enjoy working with technology. You’re someone who pays attention to detail and wants to make content that helps people learn and grow.
You should have:
• An interest in design, media, or learning
• Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• A willingness to learn new tools like Articulate 360 and Dayforce
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to stay organised and manage your time
• A positive attitude and readiness to travel when needed
You’ll receive full training and support to help you succeed. By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have valuable work experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
