Title: Content Creator

Location: Slough, UK

Salary & Benefits: £26,000 - £35,000 p.a (£90k OTE), with potential to earn an additional £60k in bonuses in Year 1, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension, and potential equity in the business within 5 years.

1. Creating engaging content by drifting vans at Silverstone, filming in garages, and running wild video challenges.
2. Becoming the face of the brand and developing content that entertains and builds recognition.
3. Growing from content creator to creative director, leading major campaigns with full creative control.
4. Bringing bold ideas to life with a significant budget, supporting innovative projects like branded cars and ad campaigns.
5. Building a stake in the company through potential equity, with rapid career progression demonstrated by examples like Sana.

• Obsessed with content creation and confident on camera.

• Based in the UK and able to work full-time in Slough, with a full UK driving license.
