Job summary

Major Players | B Corp™ is seeking a Content Creator to own the brand’s social voice from ideation to execution in a hybrid London setting. You’ll dream up comedy-led concepts, star in them, shoot and edit for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and paid socials, delivering scroll-stopping content with British character.

You will edit using Premiere Pro, and After Effects for text animation is a plus. A strong portfolio and confident on-camera presence are essential to drive awareness and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Edit crisp, clean assets with strong pacing, sound, captions and supers.
• Track performance, test hooks and formats, and apply learnings to next content rounds.
• Deliver at pace across a busy campaign calendar, including product launches and seasonal moments.
• Collaborate with community, influencer, events and paid media teams.

A high-growth D2C drinks brand is looking for a Content Creator to become the face of the brand on social. The team wants content that entertains first and sells second. You’d be the person dreaming up the ideas, starring in them and cutting them together, with real ownership over how the brand shows up online.

Key Responsibilities

• Come up with original, comedy-led short-form concepts, hooks and scripts that feel genuinely British. This role is about ideas, not trend replication.
• Own production end to end: plan, shoot, appear on camera and edit content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and paid social.
• Edit crisp, clean, scroll-stopping assets with strong pacing, sound, captions and supers.
• Track performance, test hooks and formats, and use what you learn to sharpen the next round of content.
• Deliver at pace across a busy campaign calendar, including product launches and seasonal moments.
• Collaborate closely with community, influencer, events and paid media colleagues.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating short-form social content for a brand, an agency or your own channels.
• Confident and natural on camera, with a portfolio that shows it.
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or similar; After Effects for masking and text animation is a big plus.
• A sharp sense of British humour, dry wit and internet culture, with the copywriting skills to match.
• Commercial awareness of how content drives awareness and conversion, including an understanding of hooks, retention and performance data.
• Organised enough to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines without the quality slipping.
