Join our events materials team to develop resources that shape the future of education while fostering your professional growth.
We seek passionate content creators who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at multitasking, and produce clear, compelling communications.
Our team of eight works with internal and external stakeholders to create training content for GCSE and A-level teachers, including resources, CPD sessions (face-to-face, online, e-Learning), conferences, and exhibitions.
You will be instrumental in creating resources, improving processes, and maintaining platforms like Centre Services, ShareFile, and SharePoint, all while upholding high standards of quality, accuracy, and tone.
Enjoy hybrid working with at least two days per week in our refurbished offices.

Full Job DescriptionSummary
This role involves coordinating activities to support content creation and management for teacher resources, primarily for training and events, within the Marketing and Brand department. Reporting to the Lead Content and Resource Producer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging, aligned content, ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery, and support platform maintenance and quality assurance.
Activities include working with subject matter experts, managing content platforms, ensuring copyright and GDPR compliance, formatting materials, and supporting continuous improvement.
To succeed, you need proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, strong editing and writing skills, attention to detail, stakeholder relationship skills, organizational and prioritization skills, and a good understanding of digital content channels and CMS systems.
