Due to growth, we seek an enthusiastic and passionate Copywriter to craft compelling narratives across platforms that resonate with audiences and enhance Bellrock's brand. You will develop content for web, internal communications, sales materials, PR, blogs, campaigns, and more, with demonstrated experience in business communications.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in providing peace of mind to our customers. As a Content and Copywriter, you will:

• Passionately promote the importance of content in driving brand awareness.
• Create engaging content across various media, including web, PPC, articles, blogs, press releases, social media, and videos.
• Align content with brand voice and strategic goals in collaboration with the Communication Manager.
• Edit and proofread for clarity, accuracy, SEO, and consistency.
• Support social media strategies to expand our digital footprint.
• Analyze audience needs and craft targeted messages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, briefing visual assets and ensuring message consistency.
• Ensure all content is high-quality, SEO-optimized, and on-brand.
• Prepare reports on content performance and recommend improvements.
• Brief agency partners and support team collaboration, with some office presence required.

What does it take?

To succeed, you should:

• Be an outstanding writer passionate about the power of words, capable of creating compelling copy without relying solely on ChatGPT.
• Work collaboratively and autonomously, seeking input when needed.
• Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven track record in creating and executing impactful communications.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and strive for high-quality writing.
• Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn and improve.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Proven experience in content marketing and copywriting, preferably in B2B.
• 3+ years in a copywriting role.
• Experience with content management systems like Webflow and HubSpot.
• An appreciation for design, graphics, photography, and film.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Working arrangements

We support flexible, remote work where possible. The role requires hybrid work from our London or Leicester office.
